  • Product details and catalog
  • PAN & Aadhar of Authorized Person
  • Sales and import data for last 2 years
  • Covering Letter on Letterhead
7 Government Fees
  • ₹10,000: < 1,000 units/TPA
  • ₹20,000: 1,000–10,000 units/TPA
  • ₹50,000: > 10,000 units/TPA
8 Application Approval Timeline
  • 1–7 Days for Importers
  • Up to 30 Days for Others
9 E-Waste Categories
  • ITEW: Information Technology Equipment (e.g., computers, printers)
  • CEEW: Consumer Electrical and Electronics (e.g., TVs, refrigerators)
  • LSEW: Large-Scale Electrical Waste (e.g., industrial equipment)
  • BAT: Batteries (e.g., lithium-ion, lead-acid)
10 EPR Targets 60%–80% of EEE placed on market in last 2 years, based on weight and category (e.g., 60% for ITEW, 80% for CEEW by 2025)
11 Types of Credits Recycling, Reuse, and End of Life (EOL) Disposal
12 Compliance Obligations
  • Annual filing by 30 June
  • Quarterly reporting of e-waste collected and recycled
  • Establish collection centers or take-back systems
  • Ensure data sanitization before disposal
